About

The Kura-Arax.ac.il website is the public interface of the Kura-Araxes Pottery Technology project (KAPTech), hosted by Tel Aviv University and funded by the Israel Science Foundation. The project, initiated in 2008, emerged from the earlier ISF-funded Khirbet Kerak Ware Chronology, Typology and Technology and Tel Bet Yerah Research and Excavation projects, all conducted under the auspices of the Sonya and Marco Nadler Institute of Archaeology at Tel Aviv University.
